About me

My name is Jason Strom and I am 22 years old from Southern California. This blog will consist of updates from sport marketing class in semester 142 at Bond University.

I was homeschooled in highschool to follow my dreams to become a professional surfer which enabled me to travel and compete in junior events. The experiences that surfing has given me I could have never experience anywhere else. I have been greatly involved with my past sponsors helping them with product development, marketing, advertising and much more. I had taken a few trips to the gold coast when I was younger and fell in love with the area on my first trip here when I was 16. I decided then that if I stopped pursuing surfing as a career I would get a degree at Bond. I realized that getting a degree was the right path for me when I was 21 and decided to go about getting into Bond. Soon after I was accepted and thus began my path to getting my degree in Sport Management here on the gold coast.
